HI, WE ARE WILDLY CREATIVE BUT NOT SO GINGER...
The amount of time we hear from people saying as they walk through our door "you are not ginger!" is enormous! Our studio was named after beloved cat Ginger who was a wild mouser around the mill years back. Sadly, Ginger is no longer with us but his crazy, creative spirit is still with us. We started the studio in January 2013 with just a few backgrounds, lights and an old camera. Fast forward to the modern day and we have a space filled with some amazing props, backgrounds and outfits for certain genres to cater for all different styles and requirements.
Our work has gained us recognition as one of the best photographers in the Manchester area (Three Best Rated).
We specialise in family, baby (starting from newborn) and children photography. We also focus on women portraits, whether it's at the most amazing stage of your pregnancy (maternity photoshoots) or boudoir sessions. We also welcome well behaved pets!
In years 2018-2025 we've worked very hard on expanding our skillset and perfecting our safe posing for those most precious memories- newborn photography. Working under a franchise set up, we've photographed hundreds of newborns- the results are in our gallery!

Despite staff changes over the years we've managed to establish a solid, highly creative team that will be with you all the way of your journey with us. We've made a lot of friends with our customers whilst watching their little ones grow.
With Sarah as a lead photographer, with a passion that is unrivalled in the industry, Nika (also a photographer)- mainly in customer services and Leo often pottering around after school (he's a very entertaining primary school pupil) we can assure you that your visit will be memorable from start to finish. Oh and let's not forget about Stuart who will make you the best brew!
