Our terms and conditions to ensure everything runs smoothly

All session fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to attend your booked appointment or to reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a new session fee to be paid.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a session if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. This ensures we have sufficient time to work with you and deliver images to our company standard.

A £35 refundable deposit is required to secure certain bookings (photoshoots or ordering sessions). This deposit is taken at the time of booking if you are not paying a session fee. We operate a 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, a new deposit will be required to secure another booking. As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer the original deposit as a credit note to be used in the studio. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To receive any complimentary images, the customer must attend an ordering session. We do not select complimentary images on the customer’s behalf under any circumstances. The ordering session must either take place on the day of your photoshoot or be scheduled shortly afterwards. We reserve the right to refuse to book another ordering session if the appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled three times. In this case, all deposits will be forfeited.

By attending a model call appointment, you grant us the right to use all images for social media, our website, and other promotional materials, even if an ordering session does not take place.

Physical products may take up to six weeks to complete. Digital images are delivered within 7–14 days.

All images remain the copyright of Together in Time Photography Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Promotional products may include the Together in Time Photography Ltd logo in the bottom right corner of the image.

Digital images are supplied via email download. Recordable media is available upon request during your viewing session.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different on wall art or printed products compared to the digital image viewed during your ordering session. This is due to differences in screen calibration.

We may wish to use your images for promotional purposes and reserve the right to do so unless you request otherwise at the time of your ordering session.

All goods remain the property of Together in Time Photography Ltd until paid for in full.

In the unlikely event that compensation is required due to unforeseen circumstances, this will be provided in the form of products, not cash.

Together in Time Photography Ltd operates by appointment only.

Postage and packaging (P&P) is charged at £7 for prints up to A4 size and £15 for prints up to A3 size. These are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Postage for wall art varies — please request a quote.

Due to limited storage space, we can only hold physical orders for three months from your appointment date.

Parents or guardians are responsible for minors at all times while on the premises. We strongly advise that babies and children are not left unattended anywhere in the studio.

Any damage caused on the premises will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days.
